This October, we are honored to present a truly meaningful and inspiring professional development session: “The Heart of Early Childhood Education: 30 Years of Wisdom and Practice.” This session celebrates the profound impact of early childhood education and the powerful role educators play in shaping children’s growth, confidence, and relationships.

We are excited to welcome a program specialist with over 30 years of experience as our featured presenter. She will share timeless insights and practical strategies gathered from decades of working with young children—guiding us to spark curiosity, nurture kindness, and build resilience in our classrooms.

During the session, participants also had opportunities to:

  • Reflect on and share personal experiences,

  • Engage in discussions on best practices,

  • Explore ways to share key lessons with children, and

  • Receive recommendations for age-appropriate books to support learning and character development.

All of these activities were framed around our IG values: Love, Teamwork, and Respect, helping teachers connect professional knowledge with meaningful, value-driven interactions in the classroom.

As always, this session is part of our regular monthly PD offerings, providing ongoing professional support and inspiration for all educators.

A Heartfelt Thank You

We sincerely thank all the teachers who participated, shared their experiences, and brought energy and insight to the session. The discussion was rich, the ideas were inspiring, and the atmosphere was full of joy. We celebrate the session’s success and look forward to our upcoming PD activities, continuing to learn, share, and grow together as a professional community.
